Based primarily on low-starch vegetables — both raw and cooked — along with fermented vegetables, and a small amount of low-sugar fruits. The total daily caloric intake is low and does not exceed 800 kcal. As a result of following the fast, the body undergoes adaptation associated with nutritional ketosis (autophagy), which triggers regenerative and healing processes. A pleasant side effect is the loss of excess weight. The main goal of the fast is to detoxify the body and normalize key health markers. When practiced regularly (periodically), it supports lasting health, physical fitness, and longevity.

Those who frequently benefit from the Fast know that at some point, the moment comes when one gets tired of raw vegetables. In such cases, we encourage you to try this alternative version of the Fast as a short break. During this time, you will receive freshly prepared meals rich in polyphenols.
